Administrative Support UnitMembership in this Unit of Council shall consist of the Chairpersons of each of the five committees, plus the vice Chairperson of Council, who shall chair the unit. The Unit shall be responsible for the maintenance and empowerment of Presbytery. It shall coordinate the various responsibilities of its five Committees with each other and with any special task groups named by Council. It shall develop, implement and monitor the Planning/Stewardship Time Line. Presbytery’s goals and objectives will determine the budget needs. These budget needs will be evaluated annually. This evaluation will aid in the development of new goals and objectives. In this administrative support role, the Unit shall report to Council. Article
