BND’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for low-to moderate income individuals, youth and families through the development, management and preservation of affordable housing, promoting neighborhood based education, economic development and advocating for social equality in NJ.  BND operates four lines of businesses:  Real Estate Development, Community Education and Organizing, Property and Asset Management, and newly established Youth Services.
