6.              Synod Review of Presbytery Minutes for 2004:
                 The Synod of the Northeast APPROVED the Minutes of the Presbytery of Elizabeth for 2004,
                 with the following exceptions:
                         a.  There was no report from the Committee on Representation.
                         b.  There was no indication that session records were reviewed.
                         c.  The call of the special meeting was not recorded.
                 Commendations:
                        a.  Seven Inquirers were moved to Candidate status.
                        b.  The presbytery chartered the Lord of Hope Church, a former new church development.
                        c.  The presbytery amended its bylaws to include Presbyterian Youth Connection representative
                             on Council, and to nominate youth and young adults to program units and ministry teams.
                        d.  The presbytery held Christian-Muslim Dialogue at a presbytery “consultation hour.”
