Part-Time Youth Director Westminster Presbyterian Church in Berkeley Heights, NJ seeks a part-time Youth Director who will work about 12 hours a week with our youth programs on Sunday and Wednesday evenings, direct/teach Sunday school for three Sundays a month during our 9:30 AM worship service, coordinate about 5 special youth activities, including 2 camp retreats, a few special events, during the year, provide a link with the church’s Vacation Bible School summer program and share in presenting a children’s message during our service. The part-time Youth Director reports to and works with the Pastor/head of staff and the Christian Education Committee on program curriculum, direction and evaluation. It is hoped that the Youth Director will be active with our congregation and familiar with the Presbyterian Church (USA) polity, faith and understanding of church, while having some experience with youth ministry and plenty of enthusiasm and passion for working with our young people from pre-school age through high school. Salary is negotiable.

Part-Time Organist Calvin Presbyterian Church, Linden (calvinpcusa.org), a 130 member congregation, has a number of choirs spanning all age groups. We have a senior choir, a men’s choir and a children’s choir that participates in services. There are two hand bell choirs: the adult bell choir and a youth bell choir. Our organ is a three manual electronic Galanti Praeludium III. In addition to the bells, we have a digital hymnal, two pianos and a violinist accompanying the organist during hymns.

YOUTH GROUP LEADER / COORDINATOR
Clinton Presbyterian Church seeks an
enthusiastic person with strong Christian faith and an affinity for
youth to serve as the Coordinator / Leader of our youth groups. This is
a part-time position, approximately 11 hours per week on Sundays plus
retreats and other activities during the 2010-2011 school year. We
have active Pioneer Club, Junior and Senior High youth groups with a
solid team of volunteers anxious for a leader / coordinator. The
Youth Group Coordinator would be responsible to plan weekly youth group
curriculum and activities, coordinate them with the youth group
volunteer teams and attend Sunday night youth group meetings. In
addition s/he would be responsible to plan and attend special activities
outside of Sundays as appropriate. This position will report to
the CE Ministry and to the Pastor / Head of Staff. Bachelor's
