The mission of Restore is to nurture economically disadvantaged and at-risk youth through positive peer support, adult mentoring, specific activities, and scripture readings. It offers an alternative community where the youth learn valuable skills and lessons while they play games, use computers and other media, attend cultural and religions events, prepare and clean up meals, and join in Bible study. Restore is housed in the Second Presbyterian Church of Elizabeth.

Wish List:

þ Tutors–2 hours per month; Thursdays 4-6 pm

þ Mentor Days 4 x’s annually–shared activity, sports event

þ Sponsorship of Thanksgiving baskets & turkeys; wintertime warm gloves, socks, hats, etc.

þ Volunteers to participate in church retreats and programs to develop teen faith journeys
